WE CANNOT POST PLANTS, SOIL OR PLANT MATERIAL INTO QUARANTINE STATES IN AUSTRALIA THIS INCLUDES TASMANIA, WESTERN AUSTRALIA AND THE NORTHERN TERRITORY

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IT MEANS TO HAVE YOUR ORDER POSTED

Every order that is placed through our website will be processed and posted or hand delivered on Mondays - this can sometimes change depending on the time of year, but we will message you to let you know if that is the case.

The cut-off for Monday delivery is the preceding Sunday, at 4pm Melbourne time.

​Any orders placed after this time will be hand delivered/dispatched the following Monday - so get in quick!

Hand Delivery within Metro Melbourne is a $15 flat rate. We hand deliver within 15km of our store in Coburg 3058 - We sometimes deliver further by hand as some orders are just too big to post :)

​Please ensure the delivery option you choose is correct, to avoid being invoiced for extra postage charges as we do not currently hand deliver to Regional or Urban Melbourne unless invoiced accordingly.

Any Regional orders will be posted!

​All orders are shipped with tracking. Order up to $100 automatically includes basic insurance. Please contact us if you would like to choose insurance for over $100, as it is about $2.50 and well worth it!

​ALL ORDERS PLACED OVER $150 WILL QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING AND INSURANCE.

​We know you're really excited to get your awesome indoor plants or sweet ass homewares & gifts, but just ensure you take your time to enter the correct information to ensure we can deliver your goodies on time ;) PLEASE make sure your address is correct, Australia post does not prioritise RTS parcels if you put in the wrong address and it is sent back to us.

​PLEASE NOTE - Due to weight and size restrictions, some items cannot be posted or some items will be sent semi bare-rooted. Please check descriptions of all items before purchasing to ensure they can be sent to your location. These items can be collected from Moonee Ponds, Coburg, or hand delivered within Metro Melbourne.

​Please keep in mind to also save you on excess shipping fees, sometimes plants will be sent semi-bare rooted.

We will always send them with soil so it is easy to re-pot them.

​It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date and time for delivery for all orders and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.

​Traffic and Australia Post can be a real drag sometimes...

​Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

Please contact us if you need something hand delivered on a certain day so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

​We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion and an investigation from Australia Post, Please be patient and know we will fight for you and to ensure we don't go down without a fight.

​Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order or a refund. 

​Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place, this is why we use tracking. PLEASE ensure you have somewhere safe to leave the package on delivery or your home on delivery day.

​We are not responsible for Australia Post, however we will pack your goods to ensure maximum safety during delivery.

​We take photos of everything we pack to ensure maximum accountability on our behalf.
