RETURN POLICY

Please contact us to return your product the same day you receive it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance - Please message us if you need any additonal information on this.

All orders are sent with tracking, signature on delivery can be purchased for an additional charge.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, Australia post doesn't prioritise RTS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable. We recommended returning the product with tracking.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Images of items need to be sent to us within 4 hours of receiving the order in order for us to investigate loss or damage, any images outside of this time will be investigated at our discretion, with plants its important we deal with issues immediately.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    * Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the outcome.

    We take photos and videos of every item we post to ensure it leaves us in the most perfect condition, in order for you to receive any compensation for a damaged order you must offer us proof your order was damaged in transit by either a genuine unboxing video or similar, which needs to be sent within 4 hours of delivery.

    Please note if you receive your package and it is BROKEN (pots) Please ensure you keep all the original packaging and take it to your local Australia Post Office - they will conduct an investigation on your behalf. If you can show them that your package was damaged because of their negligence they will fully refund your order (unfortunately not including shipping)

    We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if we have to go to Australia Post on your behalf.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    PLANT REFUNDS

    We buy our plants from professional growers, we specifically label anything that has been propagated or grown by us specifically. Please know that buying a plant is not a guarantee that it will grow, we offer all our knowledge and  help in ensuring your plant is going to be everything you want it to be.

    We pack the majority of our plants in their growing pots to ensure minimal shock during transit.

    We exchange or refund on a case by case basis, please ensure you get into contact so we can help you.

    SALE ITEMS

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged

    EXCHANGES

    We don't currently have any items available for exchange.

    REFUNDS

    If you simply change your mind and decide to cancel your order before we have sent it - We will refund your order minus the fees we incur from our service providers.
