These grow lights/lamps are a great way to promote growth during the colder seasons.
With 2-4 adjustable heads, you can direct the light wherever youd like and cover a lot of ground.
Grow lights come with a clamp for shelves and plug into USB plugs like your iPhone Android etc (not included)
You can choose from red, blue or both to focus on different elements of growth. We use ours all year around to speed up the growth process!

The best positions for your grow light:
🌿 Keep the light 10cm at least from your plants so they do not burn.
🌿 Adjust the timer to suit the plants the light is focusing on
🪴12hrs for plants in places with low light, no windows or closed curtains etc.
🪴 9hrs for spaces which receive natural light indirectly.
🪴 3hrs for plants in high natural light environments during the day.
🌿 Adjust light brightness to suit your plants; starting on a dim setting and moving up slowly to the brightest setting, which allows your plants time to adjust to their new environment.
🌿 Both red and blue are great to use at the same time, one for chlorophyll and the other for photosynthesis. If you notice any browning on the leaves, ensure it’s not too close to the plant or the brightness isn’t too high
